TS ANNUAL GRADE INCREMENT (AGI) ALONG WITH ALL TYPE OF LEAVE PROCEEDING SOFTWARE IN RPS-2020

*ANNUAL GRADE INCREMENT PROCEEDING & ALL TYPE OF LEAVE PROCEEDING SOFTWARE IN RPS-2020 FOR A.P 16.10.2023

*This software is useful for the entire period of RPS-2020. By entering the data once in the Teachers Data Sheet (within the software) for any month, it enables preparation of AGI proceedings and all types of leave proceedings (HPL, EOL, EL, SJL, Child Care Leave, Maternity, Paternity, Miscarriage, Tubectomy, Hysterectomy).

*Data needs to be entered only once in the Teachers Data Sheet for any particular month’s pay. There is no need to re-enter or modify the data repeatedly.

*To generate AGI proceedings for any month, simply change the date of the AGI proceeding in the DDO Data Sheet.

*The software automatically updates the AGI month based on the date entered in the DDO Data Sheet.

Follow the steps below to ensure the Excel file works correctly

1.Don't open excel file directly after downloading excel file. if you open downloaded excel file directly  it is shown as below .(Security Risk: Microsoft has blocked macros from running untrusted source) as shown in round in red circle







2.close above excel file.

3.while Selecting downloaded excel file>>  right click on mouse then click on properties as show below








3.then click on 'general Tab>> tick mark on Unblock box on security>>OK as shown below





 






4.then open excel file to start work with excel file properly.

    Good morning sir, what I feed in teachers data for monthly increment , entries are not being reflected in proceeding and periodical table, only the two names what you have shown in green colours are shown there.

      Sir, According the date of proceeding month enter in DDO Data sheet , the employees those who fall in proceeding month(date) were highlighted with green color rows in Teachers data.

      Sir, use right side filter to hide/unhide rows by select 1
