    please insert an option for two increments has been drawn after completion of 12 years service i.e., 01-01-2015 and 01-01-2016, as it is accepting one increment only.

    Good afternoon sir My colleague taken 24 Years (SAPP.II) in the cadre of Office Subordinate, he is promoted as Record Assistant, his pay fixation FR 22.B in the cadre of Rec.Asst. he is not eligible to FR 22.B because he is already taken 24 years (SAPP.II). His department is giving FR.22B in the cadre of Rec.Asst. the Regional Office has pointed out the FR 22.B and also issued a memo the above record assistant is not eligible for FR 22.B and also recovered the paid amount of the above record assistant. Hence I request you to kindly prepare a note & proceedings with bill, Thanking you Sir

    Sir,
    The RPS 2020 fixation Telangana was already claimed and paid to One Office Subordinate.
    Now he was appointed in SAPP.1B scale and released one increment w.e.f. 25.05.2018 belated.
    There is no provision for revising the RPS 2020 in IFMIS website. How to claim the bill in new RPS 2020.
