ReplyDelete1.Allocate a sheet to record the details related to 24-page answersheets and 12-page answer sheets. Create a suitable formula to assign answer sheet numbers for allsubjects. 2. Daily Report for Departmental officer-All subjects: Design this report so that it can be generated for each exam day. The current version is only a sample (sheet): Please provide a complete daily report format. Thank you very much for you service .
ReplyDeleteThe Data 2 sheet currently limits exam registration exemptions for physically challenged students to category 9H only. As per official norms, some physically challenged students are eligible for exemptions in two languages as well. Please update the system to include all applicable norms and categories related to physically challenged candidates, not just 9H.
ReplyDeleteSir,In the DATA-2 sheet, options are available in columns D, F, and G against each student’s roll number. By clicking in the respective cells, you can choose options such as Exempted or Debarred. Please check once
DeleteNo need to pre arrange the answer booklet number in proforma III because we need to jumble them. and it must be confidential.
ReplyDeleteSir, never issue jumbled main answer sheet serial numbers, as this may confuse the invigilators and could result in duplication of the same serial number on the same exam day. As per the concerned software, you must provide the serial numbers in sequence, starting from the lowest to the highest (e.g., up to 500). After exhausting the highest serial number, you should continue again from the lowest serial number provided by the DEO. In this manner, the serial numbers must be allotted to the students
