1.Just enter all details as per pass books (SMC-Two pass books,CRC Two Pass books ) one by one in DATA 2  SHEET  after fill up details in DATA 1 SHEET
But if any withdrawal amount  is greater than one grant ,select those GRANTS details in TRANSACTION COLUMN with same date in alternative rows and enter  matching amount for grant wise in WITHDRAWAL COLUMN

After those details filled in DATA1 SHEET &DATA2 SHEET  we will get automatically CASH BOOK,AUDIT REPORT FOR SMC & CRC,CONSOLIDATION U.C REPORT OF TWO PASS BOOKS FOR SMC AND CRC,ACQUAINTANCE ROLE

For  one PASS BOOK details just use EXCLUDE OPTION  in COLUMN -" B " in DATA 2 Sheet
