2.only enter details in i)DDO DATA SHEET ii) AMOUNT ADJUST MONTH WISE DATA SHEET
Enter all details regarding meals taken against each school month wise - right side adjacent cell enter 'Y' if previously adjust meals taken amount ,if not enter N
3.After Completion of this work go to AMOUNT ADJUST MONTH WISE DATA SHEET
4. In AMOUNT ADJUST MONTH WISE DATA SHEET enter amount up to minimizing the balance amount by checking right side table that showing schools below the balance amount
5.dont enter any amount in black color cells due to previously adjusted according selection in DDO DATA SHEET
IF YOU ENTER MORE THAN SANCTIONED AMOUNT ALL CELLS GOES RED COLOUR (MEANS WORNG) IN AMOUNT ADJUST MONTH WISE DATA SHEET
