It is inform you that in first instance you approach concerned Sub Treasury Officer to get pension details where from your father was taken pension office to solve sais issue.
pl make provision at the end of Part II (A )of the pension form ( Information to be filled up by the Pension Sanctioning Authority) to be signed and stamped by Head of the office, this important feature is missing in your pension forms.
