    Anne-1, page 9, specimen signature ......... merge the cells in the entire row and wrap the text to facilitate longer name of nominee and longer name of pensioner as we have write as per aadhaar. Now, it is going beyond page and printing a compressed format mode.

    Sir Pl clarify : How many years we have to refund the commutation value in pension. If it is 15 years, is it more than 40% value we have taken. Then what is the use of commutation.

    Sir please add after Sl No.20 in Part - II A like " (As per Cir.Memo.No.42/PSC/2012, Dt 17.02.2012 of Finance (PSC) Department)
    Certified that in the capacity of pension sanctioning authorities, that they have verified the services with reference to pay rolls, pay fixations, including the automatic advancement schemes, appointments/pay fixations from time to time till the date of retirement.
